1. Plant identification
The Divine Couture guest house is operated by the company AMELINE, registered with the RCS under number 980 835 466, whose head office is located at 13 rue des écoles, 78400 Chatou.

2. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all bookings made directly on the website https://divine-couture.com/. They govern the contractual relationship between the guest house and the customer.
All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Reservation
Reservations become effective on receipt of a confirmation e-mail. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
→ Entry to the premises: from 4:00 p.m.
→ Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
→ Deposit of €500 by credit card imprint required 24 hours before arrival
→ Signature of a seasonal rental contract
→ Non-smoking suite (€500 penalty in the event of a finding of fact)
→ No parties or soirées (€500 penalty in the event of findings of fact)
→ The Tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
→ No illegal or immoral activities
→ Pets refused
The customer certifies that he/she is of legal age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
4. Rates
Rates shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding tourist tax.
Options and additional services may be offered at the time of booking (e.g. luxury movie night, birthday, champagne, extra cleaning, etc.). These supplements will be clearly indicated and added to the total amount of the order.
The house reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the rate applied will remain that in force at the time of booking.
5. Terms of payment
Payment is made by credit card via our secure online payment system.
A deposit or the full amount may be required at the time of booking, depending on the conditions specified when you placed your order.
6. Security deposit
A bank imprint (not debited) will be requested before your arrival.
This is a deposit to cover any damage or shortcomings.
This imprint is automatically released after departure, if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as it was found on arrival.
7. Cancellation and change conditions (pending Beds24 return)
It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal by the customer :
- More than 15 days before the start of the lease, the customer will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the reservation amount).
- Less than 15 days before the start of the lease, the customer will not be reimbursed for the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total cost of the stay, minus the cost of cleaning and tourist tax.

– 100% on reservation
8. Arrival and departure times
- Arrival: from 4:00 pm
- Departure: before 10:00 a.m.
Late departures may incur additional charges.
9. Use of the premises
Our suites are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement.
Guests agree to use the premises peacefully and to respect the comfort of other guests.
The maximum capacity of each suite may not be exceeded.
Any damage caused will be charged to the customer.
10. Responsibilities
The guest house cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events, the company’s liability is limited to the reimbursement of sums paid.
11. Personal data
The data collected at the time of booking is necessary to manage the order. It will not be transferred or resold.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the customer may refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman or to the competent courts.
